Niamh Williams joins the Meadow Quality team as a trainee field officer
A farmer’s daughter from Wrexham, Niamh has been immersed in agriculture from a young age, working with beef cattle on her family farm and working on a neighbour’s sheep farm. She went on to study Agriculture with Animal Science at Harper Adams University, where she gained hands-on experience as a vet tech for a local farm vet. Following her studies, she joined Genus on their graduate scheme, further developing her skills in the industry over an 18 month period.
In her spare time, she enjoys helping her partner rear calves and store lambs. She’s eager to get started in her new role and looks forward to meeting farmers out on farm.
We are delighted to have her join the Meadow Quality team! You may see her at our Ash calf collection centre, so be sure to introduce yourself and have a chat if you do.
