On two sunny Fridays, along with Genus ABS, we hosted our Beef Open Days in Herefordshire and Warwickshire.
These beef units run as commercial enterprises, whilst collecting feed efficiency data from the next generation of MQL beef calves.
The events were an excellent opportunity to look at the Intergado feed-efficiency equipment that is producing critically important data of specific sires being used in the Genus ABS beef x dairy breeding programme.
The information gathered at these sights will aid financial and methane efficiency decisions for UK beef producers in the coming years.
